Meet Dr. Bisleen, ND

A body based approach to nervous system regulation and resilience.

I’m a Naturopathic Doctor and CBT-certified practitioner who supports driven individuals healing chronic stress, burnout, overwhelm, and emotional dysregulation at the root. My work focuses on nervous system regulation, brain health, and hormonal balance. When the nervous system is overwhelmed or stuck in survival mode, it becomes difficult to feel calm, focused, energized, or consistent in daily life.

In my practice, I look beyond symptoms to understand the deeper patterns shaping your energy, emotional responses, and ability to stay grounded. Many challenges commonly labeled as anxiety, burnout, low mood, or lack of motivation are not personal shortcomings, but signs of a nervous system that has adapted to prolonged stress.

My goal is to help you rebuild a strong, steady foundation within your nervous system so clarity, calm, and confidence can become your new normal.Ā 

Ā My passion for this work comes from my own healing journey. After years of living in chronic stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm, I reached a breaking point during university that forced me to reassess my health and the way I was moving through life. What ultimately changed everything for me was learning how to support my brain and regulate my nervous system.

As my nervous system began to settle, my energy stabilized, my emotions became more manageable, and I regained a sense of safety and trust within my body. That experience continues to shape how I support others today.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting thousands of individuals in improving their brain health, emotional balance, and overall well-being through a nervous system–informed, whole-body approach.

I hold a Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and an Honours Bachelor of Science with a minor in Biology from the University of Waterloo. My clinical work integrates evidence-informed naturopathic care with nervous system and brain-based strategies to help people move out of survival mode and back into a state of regulation, resilience, and capacity.
