One of the saddest things in life is to go through it knowing that you could have done more and been better. It's an awful feeling to wake up every single day knowing that you are not fulfilling the great potential that lies within you.


I know what that feeling feels like, because I felt it for years of my life. I struggled with my mental health as a teen and young adult.


I always had this gnawing feeling inside me that told me I was capable of great things, but...I never took any great action. I would end up listening to that voice of self-doubt, sabotaging and doing the exact opposite of taking the great action that I should've been taking.


There's a reason that you are stuck in the place that you are stuck in now. There's a reason it's hard for you to take action and build the life of your dreams.

Why You're Not a High-Performer Reason 1: You Don't Understand Your Limiting Beliefs


Your limiting beliefs are the beliefs that you have about yourself and the world around you. These beliefs often form when we are kids and are trying to make sense of our world. Now you can imagine, how dysfunctional these beliefs end up being because we don't have enough experience of the world as kids!


We live by these beliefs subconsciously, always pulling ourselves back to what we truly believe about ourselves.


When we don't uncover our limiting beliefs, we always find ourselves stuck in this cycle of feeling good, then not so good. It's like we take 10 steps forward but then 20 steps back. Can you relate to that? It's frustrating AF feeling.

My limiting belief is "I am not good enough". When I uncovered this belief, it's like my entire life made sense. I finally understood the worth that I was pulling myself back down to.


Whenever I achieved any success in my life, I ended up sabotaging it so that at the end of the day, I felt not good enough.


Learning how this belief showed up in my life and how to give myself permission to feel good enough no matter what was happening in my life, changed the game up for me.


I am now intentional about my action steps and can catch myself before I sabotage so that I continue to take 10 steps forward and only 5 steps back [taking steps back is a part of the game by the way], instead of 20 steps back.

Why You're Not a High-Performer Reason 2: You're Not Using the Right Strategy


I hear from people allllllll the time that they are watching the videos, listening to the podcasts, reading the books and yet here they are, in a place where they are not achieving as much as they want to in life.


I know you can relate to this too.


The reason that you are still not a high-performer despite having all this knowledge, is because you are not using the right strategies that are actually going to help YOU. It's as straightforward as that.


All these big influencers and doctors share all these strategies, but that doesn't mean that this is what your specific brain needs.


I can totally relate to trying all these random strategies. When I was struggling with depression, this is exactly what I was doing! I was reading all the books, following all these motivational influencers, just hoping that something would help me feel better and turn me into the high-performer that I was destined to be.


However, this led to more frustration and disappointment more than anything. It took me years and years of experimentation, trial and error to really figure it all out.


This is why I am so glad that you are here, consuming my content, because I am sharing my knowledge from 10+ years of experimentation, my school education, and experience working with hundreds of clients so that it doesn't take you years to figure this out.

This reason actually goes hand-in-hand with the last one. You need to understand the type of high-performer you are, the unique ways that your brain works so that you can build the right strategy that supports you!

This whole cookie cutter approach, just doesn't work. I know this from experience, because I spent years following other people's strategies and they just didn't work the same on me.

As you can see, each type of high-performer is unique! They all have unique strengths, weaknesses and ways that their brain needs support.
